This project has a fully functional tiered permissions system and significant integrations into the companies Google Drive, which stores the companies academic course materials.

Lastly, with the bespoke solution in place, we have created several large extensions to the system which have dramatically improved its capability and the staff's productivity.

One of the unique design decisions and features is the Timetable system, having a long list of courses was not feasible when we store hundreds of courses over an academic year.

This design allows a great visual management system which allows the company to get a full understanding of the term, courses and pupil registers within a few seconds without any searching required.

Once completed this timetable can also be printed with term specific timetable notes for parents to reference with rich text functionality, giving the company significant flexibility on what they can do and offer.

Built from the ground up to be customisible, this system allows a modular design to decrease the need for bug/unit testing and provides a quick and easy way to extend the system to any companies needs.

Using an easy to understand codebase and complete documentation will allow others to take the system and provide further inhouse customisations.

Created from modern languages such as PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML5, powered by Industry Standard MySQL Database Storage technologies which allows portability and remote access to the database through VPN.
